PLAN 3332 FRONT ELEVATION
• This one-story family home is designed for “Age in Place – Universal” accessibility with curb-less entry showers, wide halls, and doors.
• The primary suite has easy access to the laundry room and back porch. A large, shared closet could be divided for His and Hers spaces.
• Both guest bedrooms have ensuite baths, spacious closets, and ample square footage for a growing family, in-law suites, or weekend company.
• The pantry / prep room allows a work area and storage for the home chef.
• The exterior is clad with native stone and cement board siding for low maintenance. Our design planed for a standing seam metal roof, but composition shingles could also be installed. A future pool and spa would fit well off the back porch with the outdoor kitchen.
• This home design shows a separate 3rd garage stall that could be used for a smaller vehicle, garden equipment, or a workshop.
