Eileen Parsons founded Vista Verde Builders LLC in 2009 after completing multiple large and small residential construction projects along with developing her career as a successful business woman in the Consumer Products Industry. Her background, managing and supervising a large organization, enabled her to transition full time into General Contracting of new homes and remodeling projects. She was the 2016 President of the Hill Country Builders Association and the 2015 and 2016 President for the Guadalupe River Division of the Hill Country Builders Association.
Doug Parsons, a Navy Veteran, with over 35 years experience in the Construction and Engineering fields as a Construction Superintendent and Lead Equipment and Mechanical Engineer oversees all technical design and implementation to assure the structure and energy efficiency of all new homes.
Eileen, a 6th generation Texan, and her husband Doug, moved to the Hunt-Ingram area in 2011, fulfilling a lifelong dream to live within walking distance to their beloved Guadalupe River. They started building in the area with their personal home, that is also used to show potential clients the quality construction methods and finishes they provide.
