Locations

Many new customers have already found the perfect location and purchased the lot or acreage of their dreams. We work with several of the local Realtors that we can recommend in the event that you need an agent to help you find and purchase land.

All across the Texas Hill Country, outside the City boundaries, tracks of land are available for purchase. Some are being subdivided into acreage lots that are anywhere from 2-50 acres or more.

Purchasers should be aware that development costs for this land usually includes septic systems instead of city sewer, drilling a well for domestic water use, and the possibility that you will have to bring electrical power on to the property to a building site.

Some property tax benefits may be available on ranch land where the presence of cattle still allows for an Agricultural Exemption or where a Wildlife Management Program is in place.

In the Towns, Cities and more rural County neighborhoods there are lots and land available for purchase. Some of these may be much larger than other areas of the country, 2-10 acres. These neighborhoods may have amenities such as River Access, Golf Course and Country Clubs, Park Land and Hiking Trails. The rolling hills and more rugged hill tops usually have gorgeous views.

Rural subdivisions many times have a community well but do not have City sewer so the cost for a septic system will need to be included in the overall cost to build.
